Dr Butler is the best doctor i have ever had. She takes her time and never rushes you. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients very much. My husband and I have been patients of hers for over 20 years, Love her!!!

DR Butler is phenomenal. My family has followed her across practices since 2002. She cares about her patients and goes beyond what is common in family Doctors. Her whole purpose in starting the business was because of greedy policies put in place by health care conglomerates. Specifically, the policy that limits Doctors time with the patient during visits to maximize profit and patients seen. I highly recommend DR BUTLER to anyone that is fed up with the current model of what is acceptable in modern healthcare.We should all expect more from our family Doctors, Doctor Butler goes above and beyond.

Dr. Butler is the doctor to see if you want personalized care, a great bedside manner, someone who will research to find just the right solution, and a huge heart. No rushing, no office quotas. This is real healthcare delivered with compassion. She listens. Highly recommended.

Avalon Primary Care has easy and simple communication. The atmosphere is like family. Dr. Louis Butler welcomes questions. Dr. Butler takes time to listen to questions a patient may have. She will give the most appropriate and simple answers to understand. There is no reluctance to look into details of individual ‘s health issues. There is an option of quicker communication with a text. The reply is within twenty-four hours. A person/patient will receive updates of a process. The patient is part of the decision of what is the best direction to go in. Avalon Primary Care is a five star. I would recommend this practice with family and friends. Dr. Butler is a great doctor and person. She cares and gives you the individual attention needed. No rushing me out the door ... completely relaxed atmosphere. Responds to texts for prescription refills quickly. When I needed a test done, she found me the facility that took my insurance. So much better than my previous medical experiences.

The direct primary care model is how doctoring used to be...unhurried personalized care where you actually have a conversation. Dr Butler spends the time with you and is genuinely interested in you as a PERSON, not just another patient. She cares and understands who I am, and considers my desires for treatment vs. the cookie cutter prescribed protocols. My elderly mother was her patient for years and Dr. B. was wonderfully understanding with her. I've been a patient since she opened her practice. And I love being able to text any time.

I have a litany of health problems and Dr. Butler ALWAYS listens to every issue with genuine care. She listens and works with me every time. I've had many doctors over the years... but Dr. Butler is the most personable doc I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She'll even make you laugh! I've never left the office feeling anything but more hopeful about whatever issue(s) we've discussed. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE looking for a doctor who gives you a listening ear, plenty of time to discuss the problem, good medical advice, and enjoys good conversation as well! If you're reading this Dr. Butler, you're not allowed to retire anytime soon 😂😂

Dr. Butler is like the doctor I had growing up. She takes her time with each visit and listens to all of my concerns. I love that I can text her and she gets back to me with an answer. She truly cares about me as a person and not just another patient to rush out the door. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Butler is a phenomenal physician! She is very caring and very on point with medical issues. She's really great at seeing and treating the underlying issues rather than just the symptoms. She's been a saving grace on so many occasions. Dr. Butler is someone that I've always been able to count on and even use her when I have insurance because she's so much more accessible and invested. Highly recommend!
